30-day refund
Ask within 30 days of your first payment for a subscription plan, or of a lifetime deal purchase, and we refund it in full. No reasons needed, although we appreciate feedback.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refunded automatically, but you can cancel any time so the next renewal does not happen. If a renewal surprised you, contact us within 7 days and we will look at it fairly.
How to cancel
- Contact support with the email on your account and the word "cancel".
- We confirm within one business day.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. No data is deleted.
What happens after a refund
After a refund the account returns to the Free plan with its limits. Widgets over the Free limits pause until you remove some or upgrade again.
Bought on AppSumo or DealMirror?
Codes bought on a marketplace are refunded under that marketplace's own policy. Contact them first.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge; we can usually resolve it faster. Disputed accounts may be paused while the dispute is open.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
