Design questions
Can I match the popups to my brand?
Yes. Start from one of 29 built-in themes, then set colours for title, text, background, borders and buttons, the font (or inherit your site's font), border radius, shadows and margins. Paid plans add custom CSS.
Where can a widget appear on screen?
In 13 positions: nine corners and centres, plus top and bottom bars and floating bars. Each widget has its own position, so a counter and a review can sit in different corners.
Do widgets support dark mode?
Yes. Each widget can switch to a separate dark colour set when the visitor's device is in dark mode.
Can I remove the AutoSocialProof branding?
On paid plans and every lifetime tier you can remove the small badge or replace it with your own branding line. Free shows the badge.
Which animations are available?
Entrance animations (fade, slide up or down, zoom, bounce), matching exit animations, attention animations (heartbeat, bounce, flash, pulse) on an interval, and hover animations that scale up or down.
Can I write my own CSS?
Yes on paid plans and lifetime Tier 2 and above. Custom CSS applies per widget, so one experiment does not break another.
Does it support right-to-left languages?
Yes. Each widget has a direction setting for left-to-right or right-to-left text.
Will the widgets look good on phones?
Choose positions that do not cover your cart or chat buttons, check the preview at phone width, and hide any widget on small screens if it competes with your main action.
