Emoji feedback widget for one-tap reactions

An emoji feedback widget asks one question and lets visitors answer with a single tap on an emoji. AutoSocialProof offers five reactions, angry, sad, neutral, happy and excited, and charts every answer in the widget's statistics so you can see how each page makes people feel.

Emoji feedback widget questions

Which emoji can visitors choose?

Angry, sad, neutral, happy and excited. You can enable the ones that fit your question.

Where do I see the results?

In the widget's statistics, where feedback submissions are charted by emoji and by page.

Can visitors add a comment?

This widget is one tap by design. For longer feedback, pair it with the callback request or email collector on the same page.

Will it annoy visitors?

Not if you trigger it after they have done something, for example after 60% scroll on a help article, and hide it once answered.

Can I ask different questions on different pages?

Yes. Create one widget per question and target each to its pages.

Can I turn negative answers into alerts?

Feedback is charted in statistics. For instant follow-up on unhappy visitors, use a collector widget with an alert handler.

Does it work in other languages?

Yes. Add translations for the question text.

Is it included in Free?

Yes. Every widget type is on every plan.
